Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Another Money Tracker (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Another Money Tracker is a family expense tracking application that allows you to record, categorize, and analyze your financial transactions. The App provides features including but not limited to expense tracking, family member management, statistics, and data export.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Apple ID account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Pro features are available through subscription or one-time purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscriptions
- Prices are subject to change with notice
Free Trial
If offered, free trials allow you to experience Pro features before purchase. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.
User Content
You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into the App. By using iCloud sync, you grant us permission to store and transmit your data via Apple’s iCloud service for the purpose of syncing across your devices.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
Data Accuracy
While we strive to ensure the App functions correctly, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information in the App.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial loss.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
